Trees have started to speak more about themselves with global warming problems. Especially in recent years, our country has made a name for itself as the country that has planted the most trees in Europe. For this reason, "Anakonu" is one of the popular trees in our country today.

Turkey is home to one of the most important natural beauties of the world with its rich vegetation by hosting 20 thousand plant species. There are thousands of different tree species adapted to different climatic and geographical conditions all over our country. These trees play an important role both for natural life and for human life.

In this article, I will introduce some of Turkey's most popular tree species, which I will describe with the sincerity of having seen and recognized them personally.

Larch

Larch is one of the most common tree species in Turkey. It can be seen almost everywhere in our country, especially in forested areas. Larch is a coniferous tree and can reach up to 50 meters in height. A strong and durable tree, larch is also important for its timber.
